‘Love You Like A Woman’ by  Ocean is a collection of poetry focusing on the love women have for other women. It is beautiful in its variety, taking the reader to heights of passion, and to the despair one feels when lovers are apart. Poetry is very subjective, so choosing favourites is difficult, but I especially enjoyed the repressed passion of ‘Forbidden Fruits’, and the lust of ‘Call me Wicked’. There was sadness and poignancy in ‘When The Saints’. ‘Her Kiss’ told a tale of building passions.

The collection is a wonderful way to spend some time thinking, relaxing and feeling.

I was given this ARC to review.
